Jack Rose is one of the few researchers in the country focusing on doing research to benefit the fur industry. His work at Idaho State University is deemed important enough to the fur industry that the Fur Commission USA funds his research every year. The 2011 animal use report for Idaho State University shows Jack Rose experimented on 72 mink last year.
Coalition Against Fur Farms has turned up information that Moyle Mink, also in Idaho, is supplying Jack Rose with animals. The Moyle empire is comprised of at least four mink farms, a feed supplier, and processing facility.
